Non-Emergency Requests - Use Tenant Portal
High Priority (24-48 hours)
- No heat if outside temperature is < 50°F
- No A/C if outside temperature is > 85°F
- No hot water
- No electricity
- Refrigerator not cooling
Standard Priority (3-5 days)
- Appliances not working (except refrigerator)
- Slow leaks that can be contained
- HVAC issues in moderate weather
- Non-urgent plumbing issues
