Emergency Situations - Call Immediately

Water Leaks & Burst Pipes
  1. Turn off water at main valve (usually in coat closet or pantry)
  2. Call your property manager directly
  3. Take photos if safe to do so
Fire & Smoke
  1. Leave the property immediately
  2. Call 911
  3. Call your property manager
Gas Odor or CO Alarm
  1. Leave property immediately
  2. Contact gas company

Non-Emergency Requests - Use Tenant Portal

High Priority (24-48 hours)
  • No heat if outside temperature is < 50°F
  • No A/C if outside temperature is > 85°F
  • No hot water
  • No electricity
  • Refrigerator not cooling
Standard Priority (3-5 days)
  • Appliances not working (except refrigerator)
  • Slow leaks that can be contained
  • HVAC issues in moderate weather
  • Non-urgent plumbing issues
