Hillary is a Colorado native who grew up in Glenwood Springs, Montrose, Salida, and Denver. She spent most of her 20s traveling Europe and the US until settling in North Carolina in 2018. While in NC, she began her real estate career as a broker before quickly transitioning into property management. The mountains eventually called her back, and she moved home to Colorado in 2021. When she's not working, you'll find her exploring the outdoors, at the dog park with her three dogs, cooking homemade meals with her amazing partner, or keeping up with her energetic, Lego-building son.
Wes Oswalt
Accounting & Operations
Wes spent 15 years cooking in kitchens across the US and Europe, where he learned that any operation only runs as well as the systems behind it. He carried that thinking into property management six years ago, and it translated immediately. Over time he built a parallel career in product management, leading teams that use data and technology to untangle complicated workflows and make them actually work for the people using them. He brings that same approach to every property he manages: clear processes, honest communication, and a genuine investment in getting the details right for owners and tenants alike.
